Tone Barre Brea is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Brea at the corner of N Brea Blvd and N State College Blvd in the Vons shopping center. For all you commuters we are just minutes off the 57 at Lambert.
Our boutique studio features eco friendly cork sprung flooring to protect your joints during workouts. We have fans, a wall full of motivation and all the equipment needed for class (balls, weights, mats, etc.,) waiting for you at the studio. All you need for class is yourself, a water bottle, and appropriate footwear (grippy socks or barefeet for barre). We even have a small changing room should you need to slip your workout gear on or off before/after class.
We welcome all levels through our doors so yes, even if it’s been years since you last worked out you will be just fine in class. (Seriously. We promise!) :) Are you an experienced barre-ista? We’ve got something for you too with unique props that will keep even the most experienced barre gal sweating and shaking.
Our highly qualified instructors will ensure you not just meet, but exceed your fitness goals in an amiable, welcoming, and invigorating environment. Don’t forget that your instructor is there for YOU so don’t be afraid to ask questions! Particularly nervous for your first class? Let us know! Didn’t understand an exercise position? Just ask!
